Previously, he was the Executive Vice President of Academic, Government, and Services Markets, overseeing ISI worldwide sales and marketing activities. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of Product Line Development. Before joining ISI in 1989, Mr. Caraher worked in the professional publishing and banking industries. | |

Christine Naylor, Chief Financial Officer

 | | In her role as Chief Financial Officer, Chris Naylor is responsible for Financial Planning and Analysis for Thomson Scientific worldwide as well as for Global Customer Support. Chris brings over 6 years of Thomson experience to her role, and was most recently CFO for The Dialog Corporation. She played a lead role in West's SAP conversion, working with implementation teams to ensure that the system met internal and external customer needs while improving business processes. Prior to joining Thomson, Chris spent 14 years at Bausch & Lomb where she held a number of finance and operational positions with increasing responsibility.
Chris holds a BS in Accounting from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Operations Management from the Simon School of the University of Rochester, Rochester New York. | |

 | | David Brown is Executive Vice President of Corporate Markets, a strategic business unit of Thomson Scientific. During his 18 years in the information industry, David has held a variety of senior management roles, most recently serving as executive vice president and general manager of Dialog. Prior Dialog responsibilities include: senior vice president of content development, senior vice president of strategic accounts, and senior vice president of NewsEdge following its acquisition by Thomson.
David holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina and bachelor's degrees from the University of Notre Dame in history and computer science. David also serves on the board of NFAIS, the National Federation of Abstracting and Information Services. He is based in Cary, N.C.

Jon Brett-Harris, Executive Vice President of Pharma/Chem Markets

 | | Jon Brett-Harris is Executive Vice President of the Pharmaceutical and Chemistry Markets strategic business unit for Thomson Scientific. His responsibilities include the Liquent, IDRAC, Newport, Astrolabe PIA and CMR businesses.
Prior to joining Thomson in March 2006, Jon held management and leadership roles within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. He had also operated his own company with activities focused on pharmaceutical licensing, venture funding and executive coaching.
Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Economics and an MBA, both from the University of London.

 | | Kevin McCurry is Senior Vice President of Business Strategy at Thomson Scientific. He is responsible for the analysis of industry, market, customer, technology, and competitive trends and opportunities.
Prior to joining Thomson Scientific, Kevin was most recently a Partner in the Strategy Practice of IBM's Business Consulting Services. His consulting career also includes working with leading academics from Harvard Business School and MIT while at Integral/Analysis Group, a strategy consulting firm specializing in Innovation Management, Product Development, and Technology Strategy. Kevin began his career in Finance with General Electric in their Aircraft Engine Division where he held several positions.
Kevin has an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration with distinction, and a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College. | |

She is responsible for global HR strategy as well as internal and external communications. Andrea has extensive human resources experience in the information publishing industry, having held senior human resources positions with the Wolters Kluwer International Health & Science business for 12 years and, earlier in her career, with S.B. Saunders Company/CBS. She has also directed human resources planning in the banking and diversified services management industries. Andrea holds a BA in Languages from Temple University, where she graduated summa cum laude and Phi Bet Kappa. | |

 | | Steve Quinn first joined Thomson in 1986 working in Manhattan for WG&L. In 1990, he moved to Philadelphia to join what was then the Institute for Scientific Information (ISI). For many years, he was responsible for the operations management and data production units. Steve has taken on different responsibilities recently as SVP - Business Process. His responsibilities include integration management of acquired companies. Additionally, Steve is responsible for the identification of process change opportunities and executing those plans to reap greater efficiencies, as well as product quality and expediency improvements. Steve graduated with a history degree from CW Post University in 1978. After a short stint teaching high school, he spent several years in the consumer lending division of the Chase Manhattan Bank in New York. | |

Tony has over 15 years of cross-functional management experience in both technology and business disciplines for domestic and international markets working for major Fortune 500 companies as well as Internet Start-ups.
Tony formerly worked at the Thomson Tax & Accounting (TTA) group for approximately twelve years and has held various technology related leadership positions at Reed Elsevier, Northstar Media, and Editions Atlas International. | |

Since joining Thomson Scientific in 1998, Mark has guided the business sales growth in Asia, opening offices in Beijing, Seoul, Sydney, Bangalore and Taipei and Singapore. He has developed a team of professionals who introduce Thomson Scientific solutions to the region and, in turn, highlight area needs to Thomson.
Mark has been based in Asia for 13 years, employed in various sales and marketing roles for companies in the information services industry. He has completed master’s level work at the Nanjing campus of The John Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
